Dog training that works!

I am Jackie de Jong and I have owned and trained dogs for the past 25 years.  For the last decade I have been successfully competing in Heelwork to Music with a growing interest in behavioural problems.  I specialise in affordably priced one-to-one training for either behavioural issues or Heelwork to Music (or both!)  These sessions are tailored to you and your dogs’ specific needs. I cover Mansfield, Alfreton, Eastwood and surrounding areas.

Usually, for behavioural issues, I will come to your house or to where ever the issue(s) manifest themselves and work with you to resolve the problem.  I believe in using positive training methods and avoiding any form of harsh handling of the dog.    Positive reinforcement is very important, with a very precise focus on what the dogs’ behaviour and body language is revealing.  No issue is too big or too small.  I feel I have made a real difference to the people that have come to me.
